checkRule

Checks the rules of an action against the target.

Location: toolbar.p

Parameters:

INPUT pcRule AS CHARACTER

The rules for the target.

INPUT phHandle AS HANDLE

Handle of the dynamic Buffer with the rules or the handle of the target.

INPUT plDefault AS LOG

Default is used when the function or property is not found, or when the function returns ?.

Returns: CHARACTER
